3tablespoonshoney or pure maple syrup

2cupsmixed berries (including strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Add in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
Take your serving glasses or jars and begin assembling the parfaits. Start by adding a generous spoonful of the cheesecake mixture to the bottom of each glass.
Carefully layer a mix of the berries on top of the cheesecake mixture.
Next, sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
Continue to build your parfaits by repeating the layers—cheesecake mixture, mixed berries, and granola—until you've filled each glass or jar.
Once assembled, cover each parfait with plastic wrap or lids and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
When you're ready to serve, take the parfaits out of the refrigerator and adorn the top with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
For an elegant presentation, use clear glass jars or cups to showcase the layers.
