Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl or jar, mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until evenly blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, instant coffee granules, caramel sauce, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth and well-combined.
Pour the wet mixture over the oat and chia seed blend, stirring gently until all the ingredients are fully coated and incorporated.
